Designed specifically as a next step for graduates of the original flagship group, Mighty Minds 2.0 distinguishes itself by advancing and expanding foundational mindfulness and emotional-regulation concepts through fresh techniques and reflective tools. While the original program establishes core cognitive-behavioral strategies, 2.0 opens with group agreements and reflection on previously mastered skills to reinforce dedicated practice. It then elevates this foundation by examining the deeper connections between thoughts, body-based feelings, and impulsive behaviors, introducing new, advanced coping strategies such as expanded breathing techniques and the "lotus, bud, and mud" framework for processing daily reflections.

This program is for any kids in 3rd to 5th grade, regardless of whether they have completed the flagship Mighty Minds program. and will arm your kid with the coping skills they need to weather the ups and downs of life with resilience, persistence, and self-awareness.
