Our educational programs for parents offer low-cost opportunities to learn evidence-based skills and strategies that will support you in effectively managing behavior, sibling dynamics, or any of the other challenges parenthood poses!
These educational programs are time-limited small groups or workshops or online webinars and classes that will support you in gathering new ideas and connecting with a community of like-minded parents/families.

Please note that programs marked as educational are not intended to serve as clinical intervention and should not be considered a substitute for treatment; these programs are either instructional or supportive in nature and do not include individual clinical/therapeutic services or troubleshooting. Consequently, costs for educational programming are not reimbursable by health insurance or FSA/HSA.

*This group is open to moms of kids from 2-6 years old, regardless of whether you have previously participated in Mighty Moms.
Give yourself the gift of a supportive, facilitated community that will help you show up as the person and mom you want to be. Meet with and get support from other moms and people in a similar life stage and who really get it.
Each meeting will involve a group discussion focused on the topics that are top of mind for attending moms at that present moment. Your facilitator will follow each session up with a wrap-up email summarizing key points, shared ideas, and linked resources that you can dive into.
Price: $300 ($50/session)
