Clinical Groups for Tweens + Teens
We offer small groups for middle school and high school students designed to teach the same sorts of evidence-based skills around emotional awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion that we teach in therapy! As with our individual therapy, our small therapy groups for tweens and teens are state-of-the-art, grounded in scientific research, and skills-focused, and offer tweens and teens the chance to connect with others and realize that they are not alone.
About Our Clinical Groups
Our clinical groups are led by licensed clinicians and experienced support staff, with a high staff-to-student ratio (1:4 in groups that are fully enrolled). Groups run in-person at our San Francisco location.

Cost per Session
Cost depends on the number of sessions and duration of each session. Our coordinator will provide you with information regarding fees during an initial screening call. We do not accept health insurance directly, although we are happy to supply families with documentation necessary for reimbursement by PPO health insurance or medical flexible spending or health savings accounts.
As the result of the 2022 No Surprises Act, please be aware that you have the right to receive a good faith estimate of healthcare treatment costs. Your Good Faith Estimate will be uploaded to your client portal at the time that you schedule an initial appointment. However, you can ask our intake coordinator or your provider for this estimate before you schedule a service or at any other time during treatment. If you receive a bill over $400 more than your good faith estimate, you can dispute the bill.
